WE ARE DESERT DISABILITY®

Jeffrey is the founder and managing attorney of Desert Disability. He is an active hearings representative and oversees the legal team of the firm. 

Abbie is our Operations Manager and soon-to-be disability representative at Desert Disability. She has been with the firm since 2021 and provides a wide variety of legal support. 

Kevin Higgins is an attorney licensed in Arizona and who works part-time for Desert Disability, where he helps with new client calls and overseeing our Phoenix office location. 

Charity brings over 10 years of experience in disability law to our firm. She uses her extensive knowledge to assist our clients whose claims are at the Initial level. 

Reagan oversees all of our clients at the Reconsideration appeal level. She graduated from NAU in December 2022 with her Bachelor's of Science in Criminology. 

Sydney is a paralegal who uses her several years of legal experience to manage our hearing-level claims. She is also a pre-law student at ASU while pursuing a Bachelor's in Political Science.  

Brandi is a legal asisstant at Desert Disability. She currently handles new client calls and onboarding, as well as various administrative tasks to help our clients at various levels.

Sara Turner is the trusted Chief Financial Officer of Desert Disability. She meticulously oversees all aspects of accounting and human resources for the firm. 

Katie is our medical records coordinator. She requests and submits important medical evidence for all of our hearing level clients. 

Daphnie is a receptionist at Desert Disability. She fields calls during business hours and helps new clients by gathering information about their disability claim.

Sanjana is an attorney licensed in Massachusetts. She joined Desert Disability in early 2024 and is a highly skilled legal writer. She drafts persuasive briefs to the hearing office, the appeals council, and she oversees our short/long-term disability case docket. 

Shane has 10 years of experience working for the Social Security Administration before finding his passion for public service. He joins Desert Disability in helping children with a disability get approved for SSI benefits.
